Haylee Fairley-Williams is a multi-faceted, talented young lady whose passion and creativity exudes through her artistic gifts as a dancer, choreographer, student teacher, and junior coach. Haylee excels academically in her studies as a proud sophomore home-school student of Rhone-Williams Christian Academy. Through her home school studies, Haylee is afforded the opportunity to serve as a student intern in her Early Childhood Education Co-op. She enjoys interacting with the preschoolers, learning the dynamics of being an early childhood educator, and the meaningful learning experiences created daily. Haylee enjoys spending time with her moms and siblings.
Haylee is the former Tiny Miss Black North Carolina, USA 2015. She has been a competitive
dancer and cheerleader since the age of 4. Haylee enjoys various genres of dance and the opportunity to express herself through the artistic creativity the various genres encompass.
Haylee serves as a junior coach for Bea-A-Mayzed Cheer and Dance, LLC. Through her dance and cheer career, Haylee has been afforded many opportunities, including
The One Cheer and Dance Nationals at Disney, 3rd Place All Star Worlds Champion Pom Team 2024, as well as auditioning as a dancer at the Apollo Theater in New York for The Lion King on Broadway, Expressions National Dance Competition Scholarship Recipient, Dance Machine Xtreme Dancer Scholarship, Inspire National Dance Competition Scholarship, The Show Southeast Dance Scholar and Showdown Dancer, Miss Fever 2024 National Dance Overall Champion and Spirit of America Dancer for Macy Day Thanksgiving Parade. Haylee has trained with some amazing professionals competing in various genres of dance including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary and ballet. Jr. coaching has always and will always be a passion!
Haylee’s career goals include becoming an Elementary Educator and taking on the ownership of her family's Dance Studio making it a chain throughout the US. Being a survivor of chronic autoimmune conditions, Haylee’s platform is “Autoimmune does not
mean automatically disabled” Through her own health challenges, Haylee uses her voice as an informational agent, advocate, and mentor for other peers who face challenges with autoimmune and chronic conditions that impact their day to day living, life in its totality and their mental health. Haylee believes that her disabilities and conditions do not define her, she defines them and the super power she possesses on the inside of her is enough to conquer any storm. Her goal is to educate, advocate, and impact for the greater good.
