Jasmine Mckoy Is Ms. Black North Carolina USA 2025. A graduate from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and mother of 3, Jasmine is an advocate for Alopecia Awareness and Black women’s empowerment.

At the age of seven, she was diagnosed with Alopecia, and by nine years old, she had lost all of her hair. As a child, that experience shaped her understanding of beauty, identity, and confidence. What once felt like a source of shame became the foundation of her purpose to inspire others to embrace their authentic selves, no matter what society says beauty should look like.

Her platform, “The Beauty Within,” is dedicated to promoting self-acceptance, mental health awareness, and empowerment for individuals living with Alopecia and for Black women and girls who often feel unseen and unheard. Through school visits, community programs, and social media advocacy, she aims to create safe spaces where young girls and women can see reflections of themselves in leadership and know that their voices matter.

As Ms. Black NC USA, Jasmine vows to use her crown not as a symbol of perfection, but as a platform of purpose to educate communities about Alopecia, to challenge beauty standards, and to amplify the confidence of every woman who has ever questioned her worth.
