Our Beginnings

Noire Productions, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Dr. Anthony O. Vann & Kimberly Vann-Hunt.  

Noire Productions, Inc. is the home of the Miss Black North Carolina USA, Ms. Black North Carolina USA, Miss Black Talented Teen North Carolina USA, and the Mr. Black North Carolina USA Competition.
